An elected official named Nancy Mace was infuriated at one of her constituents, yelling at her about how she graduated from the Citadel, a military school in the United States.
There was a town hall meeting and Mace was there answering questions from her constituents. (For your info: constituents are the people politicians have been elected to represent) So a lady that was represented by Mace asked, “As far as respecting women, how do you feel about DEIA being taken away? Because I mean you got to go to The Citadel with your DEIA, and now generations of girls aren’t going to be able to have the same opportunities.”
Mace exploded.
Now for a commercial break.
When the President rigs the stock market to plunge and surge and then goes public by saying, "This is a great time to buy." That's called price fixing or manipulation and is illegal?
Back to Diversity
Mace went on a rant about how tough it was and how she had to study to graduate. Psshaw, It's weird that she had to study while she was in college or that graduating from a military academy is hard to accomplish.
First off, College is tough, You study, you go to classes and somewhere along the way you have to learn new things. No duh. I found it tough going to and graduating college and it took me a long time to do it on my own with no help from parents or family along the way.
My hat is off to anyone who can stick with it and graduate.
Mace broke barriers! She was the first woman to ever graduate from the Citadel. She wasn't the first woman, that honor is held by a lady named Faulkner who never finished her first year.
However, dont' forget that her father was also in charge of the college when she graduated.
In fact, Mace graduated early and is part of the class of 1999 who claims to be the first class, the class that shows the way forward.
Now for DEI, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion.
An example of Diversity is when a woman goes to an all male college and graduates.
An example of Equity is when that woman is equally invested in graduating from that college.
An example of Inclusion is when that woman is included in all the pomp and circumstance that goes with going to a miltary college.
All of that being said, Nancy Mace is the prime example of DEI. So while she was ranting and raving about how hard it was to go to college there, remember two things.
Nancy Mace is THE Defacto DEI for the Citadel.
Nancy Mace went to a college that her daddy was in charge of.
Nancy, if you read this I'm proud to hear that you graduated from a military college and were the first woman to graduate and break DEI barriers.
I'm also going to point out that you didn't go into the military even though your daddy was a Brigadier General in the US Army. (I tip my hat in respect for this guy. )
Now, Nancy Mace, you should apologize. You should be desperately sorry that you insulted one of the people who voted you into the slimy job you're in now. I hope your daddy can forgive you for not wearing the ring that is a symbol of the spirit of choosing how you deal with the challenges of life, not that you get to choose them.
Remember this, Trump only has women he'd bone working for him, so don't bend one knee, bend both.
